BioAngels Inc has been established to provide an interactive network whereby individual members can access, discuss, review and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the general field of Life Sciences.

BioAngels Inc provides entrepreneurs and inventors with the opportunity to present and pitch investment opportunities to members and invited guests and to seek funding from the individuals of the group.

Our goals

• Facilitate access for entrepreneurs in Life Sciences to coordinated private investment in new ventures beyond pre-seed capital.
• Facilitate access to business, management and scientific experience to start up business ventures in Life Sciences.
• Promote innovation, excellence and employment in Australian bioscience based businesses.
• Develop cooperative links with research and related support services especially in the bioscience field.
• Provide a forum for structured discussion and evaluation of investment opportunities in Life Sciences.
• Provide a forum for investor skill development, co-investment and syndication on investment deals in Life Sciences.
